Mold testing is typically performed by taking samples of the air in affected and unaffected areas.  Air sampling results are typically available in less than 1 week and will include a full report of the type of fungal organisms found.  Surface sampling can also be performed to determine the type of fungi on a specific material.  At your request, we will also provide a full written scope of work, including safety protocols for the safe and proper removal of the mold.  All sample test analysis is performed by Certified Microbiologists.

Mold remediation is typically performed after mold testing has been completed.  It may be necessary to contain the area, set-up containments, utilize negative pressurization and air scrubbers, as well as remove certain building products.  Cleaning to remove spores is always one of the most important processes in mold remediation.  We utilize state of the art equipment, including high-efficiency HEPA vaccuums and HEPA filtration devices.  Clearance sampling is then performed to ensure the job is complete.
